the location is good. Around 8 minutes to Deria city center metro station. 5 minutes to Carrefour. Near to airport also. The only inconvenience is there is another building under construction on the opposite side. For others is good.

The location was very near to the airport and Deira mall. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our safari tour was also availed in the hotel which is very helpful for us. Room is very big and spacious but quite old.

The apartment is huge with decent furnishing. It is a cheap hotel apartment, so expect few insects and stale odor of cigarette smoke. The reception/concierge were not friendly at all.

We booked 2 rooms for a grp and a standard room. Cockroaches were all around d rooms, customer service is so poor, swimming pool is not available within d hotel and so u have to go to sister company hotel for a swimming.

Al Jawhara hotel apartment is moderate apartment located in a good location, close to Deira City Centre mall (about 300 meters), close to metro station, free car parking available for visitors. It is good for family or business. I highly recommend this apartment.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours.Upon handing my travel documents,within a short period,was issued with key to my room apartment. Since we book 3-bedroom suite,it comes with living room and kitchen.The master bedroom and kitchen attached with balcony where we can see a nice view of 160 stories,Burj Khalifa(tallest building in he world) There are utensils,refrigerator.washing machine,bread toaster and even blender.Theres also seperate rooms for ironing laundry.All the 3-rooms including living room,attached with 32inch LCD TV. Mosque is only 200 metres away,Deira City Centre shopping mall and Metro Station is 300metres away.If u plan to cook,u can find supermarket just beside the hotel or a quick bite,u can find cafe too.Distance from airport to hotel,only 5minutes drive. At the price i'm paying,its worth every dollar.Look forward to stay here again in the near future.

Really good apartment with helpful staff”
our 3 bedroom apartment was better than expected. very spacious and everything we needed to have a fantastic 9 days here. getting to jumeira area by car only takes 15 minutes and the deira city centre is a walk away where you can get everything you need with excellent restaurants and takeaways. the hotel has sperate swimming facilities for men and women which was very good. the only negative thing about the apartment was the lighting in the rooms was way too dark. at night even with all lights on in the bedrooms we struggled to find things in the wardrobes as it was way too dark. this was only a small problem and was outweighed by all the positives. staff were very helpful.

Excellent Stay and Well Looked After ”
This was the second time that I stayed at this Apartment and the staff was as welcoming as always and went out of their way to assist.Will stay at this place again. The following will, however, need the Hotel Management's attention: (i) Review of Internet access policy. Allocation of a mere 20MB on a 24 Hour basis is insignificant (and ridiculous) in the present context. This access should be unlimited as is the case in other establishments of the same stature in Dubai;and (ii) Some of the existing facilities need refurbishing/upgrading.

I found the staff very helpful at Al Jawhara Hotel Apartments and also very close proximity to airport which made it ideal for our purposes. The only negative aspect was cleanliness of certain utensils and appliances in the apartment.
