Actually I would love to thank the GM of the hotel, Mr. George for his kind personality, guys it’s not an 4 star hotel, believe me I rate this hotel 5 star just for his hospitality and cleaning and all the details, I recommend this hotel for who’s looking for comfortable staying also luxury from another kind that we know, also I would love to thank the staff there from the night manager ( sorry I’ve forgot his name) also the Sudanin guy the security on the main door. Excellent hotel. All the way from lobby, to the corridor and the room, everything is tastefully designed and well maintained. I especially loved the gym and pool. The only shortcoming is that the shower area is too small. But for that, the stay was perfect.

Original Palace is still worth it”
Al Ain Palace Hotel still feels like an original hotel in Abu Dhabi. It may be older, but the rooms are nice. The location is great, and the staff is kind. I don't ask for much more. The showers in the normal rooms are a bit small, but it works and has hot water.

Regarding the money value ,,I give five star ,,only because the same date night I found best rate compare to other hotels ,,I should give ten star but no option ,,😊😊,,one of the guy in reception doing his job but he was not much fast , I waited almost ten minutes while he was dealing only with one person I forgot his name ,,the other guy probably pakistani short in hight was very good ,,any way it's just comments I don't complaint they all ok
