Good apartment, inconvenient check in process”

Apartment was booked near the city on northern side for specific reasons but was unknown until after booking that the checkin process was to drive to a real estate office in Kingston, 10-15mins away on the south side. This was extremely inconvenient for a family with young children arriving early evening. Would be even worse if you traveled with no car. Apartment was nice although carpets need a good clean. Also very noisy with kids swimming outside room and drunk people partying on the balcony of other apartments.
