Situated in historic Kent St Village, a wide tree-lined and oh-so pretty street in Sydney’s famous The Rocks precinct. Nestled between the harbour view swept café and theatre scene and boardwalks of Walsh Bay, the parks and picnic spots of Barangaroo and of course our magnificent Harbour Bridge and Opera House, 1877 could not be in a more prime position to explore Sydney.



Split across 2 levels the property features;



-High ceilings and beautiful pine floorboards throughout

-Stunning courtyard backing onto the famous “Rocks” of Sydney. With 6 seater outdoor dining setting, Gas BBQ and super comfortable swing chair. Your own little slice of bliss in the city.

-Beautifully decorated lounge with comfortable plush couches, flatscreen TV, ornate decorative fire place and Persian rugs

-Study and sitting room with desk overlooking the leafy street views and antique chaise lounge (circa 1860) – perfect place to work or relax with one of the many books from the library

-Ducted central heating and cooling system, programmable for each room this is rare for a heritage house

-2 luxurious and modern bathrooms; one on each level with shower and toilet in both along with hairdyer, shampoo/conditioner and soap

1877 Heritage Escape is located a 5 minute walk to circular quay for both trains and ferries to Sydney and beyond. The house is approx 15 mins drive from the airport (traffic depending) and taxis and Uber are always around. There is also a vehicle share Go-Get car on the same street, super convenient and easy!
