Our stay was nice, we live 200km away and choose to visit Queenstown to get away for a few days. Two of the main reasons we choose this room was because it clearly stated Cable/satelite TV and free WIFI. The WIFI is only 30mins every 24hrs and Sky TV is only available in the bar! Freeview is not cable where I come from. Misleading info here.

The goldridge resort was the best accomodation that I had in New Zealand. In terms of value for money, no other accomodation comes close to it. In terms of room, staff politeness and many other aspects, it is also the best.

Nice hotel with a great view of the lake
The hotel is only about 3 km from the Queenstown city centre and located in quiet surroundings with a great view of the lake depending on which rooom you are staying in.The staff are friendly.

We had a quick check-in on arrival. The room was clean and accommodating.Breakfast was great and the restaurant provides a good view of the hills on one side and that of the lake on the other side.
As we were on a driving holiday, the address can be a bit misleading as the hotel is located away from Frankton Road.
