Nothing more than average Sort of free wifi, subway metro near 6 The hotel is situated somewhere near a peripheric commercial zone, the free internet doesn't work on smartphones and hardly on notebooks, the personnel is somehow indifferent and the parking is expensive (12€/day). Every morning around 9 AM some asian lady knocks on the door for "minibar controll" although she hardly speaks english or even german....Not to mention the prices in the same minibar, around € 4-5 for a can of soda or beer...As a good pro, at this price you can only find worse hotels

Very friendly hotel, good transport connections Rooms are fairly big from European standrads 8 The hotel offers a very friendly atmosphere with a large common open sit out facility> Ideal place to stay when travelling a group of friends. Tram stop and Columbus Shoiiping centres are just 100 metres away from the hotel. Utazási tipp: Tram No 68 offers very good connection to almost all places from the hotel.
James P. Párban utazó Australia, 2012. augusztus 18.	Nice big room, fan provided, decent location Room size 7 Stayed here for three nights. Unfortunately the metro line u1 was closed so it made it quite difficult to get around - trams were running but took a lot longer. Other than this the hotel was quality adequate. Nice amenities and such. Room was nice and big. Internet for apple products only available in the lobby which is quite annoying. Area wasnt too bad but not fantastic. Staff were present and quite helpful. Very clean rooms.

Quite a distance from city centre. Had to go with s bahn which is quite slow due to heavy trafic. U Bahn line is being under maintenance till end of 2012.

Ting W. Párban utazó Singapore, 2012. július 7.	Over-rated hotel (no aircon, no wifi in room) Good location, cleanliness, big rooms 4,3 This shod never be rated as a 4 star hotel. It might be correctly so 20 years ago, but not today for sure. The hotel doesn't come with any air conditioning, which is a norm in some European hotels. In our case, we were unfortunate to stay in this hotel on the few hottest days during out stay in Vienna. When we first checked in the hotel, we were assigned a room at the second level facing directly to the main road. When we walked into the room, it was even hotter than the hot daylight sun outdoors. After opening the windows, we realized that we were in deep trouble ...... 1) the windows were spoilt 2) it was extremely noisy, the road surface was no more than 10 meters away from my face 3) the fan was weak, which did little to provide any respite to the overwhelming heat That was not the end. Having seen that the hotel provides free wifi was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. However, we were told that the iPad is Not compatible with their wifi in the room. I found this extremely ridiculous and was not sure if this was a cover excuse for a defective wifi in our room. Hence, we were forced to stay in the lobby whenever we needed wifi. The problem is, we needed wifi to make our daily plans as we were on a self-governed travel. while there was wifi, it was found to be partially non-functional, or very laggy at times. That exacerbated our poor impression of the hotel. In a nutshell, do NOT take this hotel in the summer. Do NOT take this hotel unless u can withstand the noise of trams and vehicle bcos you can't avoid opening the windows, ESP during the summer. There are much better options for a similar price in Vienna based on what we have experienced in a previous visit to Vienna.

Good hotel, close to metro Close to Keplerplatz metro station 7,7 We had a lovely stay here, its a very decent walk to Keplerplatz metro station. Also some nice shopping on that street where the station is. Close to Karlsplatz so easy to get to places. We just wanted some aircon in our room because the summer was hot. And a fan didn't help, but our last day a storm came in and brought on some cool breezes. Free wifi although they thought it doesn't work, it did with good speed!!
