Lots of ants in the washroom though, but it's the same throughout Phuket. The breakfast is not as bad as some say, and you will get it with any type of room booking anyway. There's sausage, ham, sunny egg, and two toasts. The ham is a bit... sour, any my friend got diarrhea after the breakfast but it's not serious.

Great location Very convenient hotel for midnight arrival 9 Nice & intimate service, did not expect that they can arrange airport pick up for midnight arrival, it is very nice for customer. Even though it is not even 5 minutes walk from airport to the hotel. It is really a very convenient hotel for night travellers.

Better options available - better locations Not much - room very basic, no food options - best part were the staff - very helpful 4 I would not recommend this hotel - it was not in the best location, there are better options , close by. the rooms are very basic - do have air conditioning - there were not food choices, no restaurant open or bar. Breakfast if very poor. Look at other options The staff are this hotels best selling point, very nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and just have all the basic necessities for a simple hotel. Dislikes: no option for breakfast, they just brought in a fix menu. Noise in the hallway is very loud from the room and what we needed was just a quick nap before our transfer after our flight.

Horrible stay, Worst bed in Thailand, Weak Brkfast Only pro: close to the airport 3,7 Must report that the bed/night sleep was the worst we've had in Thailand. It was like sleeping directly on a box spring of metal coils, and upon taking a further look, it was in fact a box spring like "mattress" with the thinnest mattress pad. When laying down, you can feel the round coils. A terrible night sleep. Breakfast was included, and consisted of a person not asking you anything, and then bringing out one fried egg, two pieces of toast, two little hot dogs and a piece of ham, with Nescafé instant coffee. The hotel apparently has a shuttle, but when we called them upon arrival at the airport, the was just an answering machine. It's almost close enough to walk, but we weren't sure, and had to pay an outrageous 200 baht (most wanted 300!) to go two minutes in a taxi car. When we arrived at the front desk at 10:30pm, we seemed like an inconvenience, with a questionable "do you have a booking"? Only thing I can say is its close to the airport, and clean, but the bed was so bad, we could never stay there again regardless. Hotel Feature Tip: Try to make arrangements for the hotel car to pick you up from the airport IN ADVANCE. Don't wait til you arrive at the airport, or you may get their answering machine, as we did.
