Not loyal enough to jobs. clean rooms. reasonably maintained. nice indoor pool. 5,3 On checking in I asked if newspapers are provided in the mornings and the reply from a senior receptionist/was "we will let you have one if available". When I insisted 3 times for a yes or no answer, then he said yes. When I, by default, saw the hotel's shuttle bus alighting a passenger at Starworld hotel, my wife and I tried to board it to return to the hotel, the driver flatly refused though he knew we were the hotel guests.

Poor Service, Convenient location and Fair priced 5,7 Service was Horrible, We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. When we asked for help at the reception about shuttle bus service, a male staff just told us to wait at the lobby, even the shuttle bus was actually gone. Check in/out also took a long time. It wasn't helpful at all! All in all, the hotel location is convenient and fairly priced
