Chan P. Párban utazó 2013. május 5.	Our preference when staying in Macau Room is spacious and comfortable. Excellent food in the restaurant, Mezza 9. Well connected with nearby shopping centres. 10 We have stayed at the hotel before and always feel satisfied with the stay there. It's a good choice for a couple or even a family with children. The food at Mezza 9 is excellent.

Food quality is high and casinos is so fancy. Excellent transportation that you can travel by shuttle buses to Taipa town and ferry terminals for free.

THE STAFFS ARE NICE BUT THE CHECK IN PROCESS IS A BIT LONG. GREAT FOOD VARIETIES ARE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX. SWIMMING POOL THERE IS NICE AND THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD. THE COMPLEX PROVIDE MULTI POINT TO DOWNTOWN AND OTHER MAIN HOTEL.

Nice Hardware, OK service Large Room, Good Location 7 I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times, although they have nice hardware, well appointed rooms, the service here while attentive is notoriously slow, especially during check-in and check-out, the staff are eager but still inexperienced (even after a few years in operation) and slow. There are usually only 2 people at the check-in counter, which is way too few in the event that a few guests are checking-in, checking-out, or making inquiries. The lobby while nicely appointed is vacuous and empty, and feels more like a office building or mall and has none of the ambiance you may expect from a luxury hotel of the Grand Hyatt caliber and price.
